Yuzu et prickly-ash pepper Madagascar 70%

An explosion of citrus! Madagascar beans already have this reputation for citrus notes and red berries. We have added freeze-dried yuzus that grow here in Quebec. O’Citrus grows these yuzus in a greenhouse in Laval. And for a slightly Asian note, prickly-ash pepper has also been added. This spice reminds us of Sichuan pepper but also cardamom.

Ingredients : cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, cocoa butter, freeze dried yuzu, northern prickley ash.

Contains no nuts or soya.  May contain traces of dairy.
